Following the decision of the President of the Republic to proclaim a national mourning period following the death of the former President of the Republic, the mujahid Liamine Zéroual, the Consulate General of Algeria in Brussels informs members of the Algerian community residing in Belgium and Luxembourg of the opening of a book of condolences, from March 31 until the end of the week.
