Three-day national mourning following death of former President, Mujaheed Liamine Zeroual

ALGIERS - The Presidency of the Republic has declared three days of national mourning, beginning Saturday, following the passing of former President and Mujaheed Liamine Zeroual. The mourning period will be observed across the national territory and at diplomatic missions abroad, with national flags flown at half-mast, according to a statement issued by the Presidency of the Republic.
"Following the passing of former President of the Republic, Mujaheed Liamine Zeroual, the Presidency of the Republic declares three days of national mourning, starting Saturday, across the national territory and diplomatic missions abroad, with national flags flying at half-mast," the statement said.
