Announcement of applications for benefits under the regularization procedures and declarations of honor

In accordance with the decision of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, aimed at regularizing the situation of citizens residing abroad in a precarious and irregular situation and subject to judicial and administrative measures for minor offenses against public order, the Consulate General of Algeria in Brussels informs members of the Algerian community residing in Belgium and Luxembourg that exceptional measures have been decided upon for certain nationals, particularly young people, who have been subject to judicial or administrative proceedings for minor offenses against public order.

To this end, the citizens concerned are invited to contact the Consulate General to submit their applications, in accordance with the form and required documents available on the consulate's website at the following link:

in order to benefit from the regularization procedures provided for in this regard.

The Consulate General remains available to assist the citizens concerned in their procedures until the final processing of their files.
